Product Access and Payment

 

Our services are offered as a subscription membership (“PR Companion — Membership”), which may include access to:

 

• the PR Companion chatbot (currently delivered via Telegram and/or web-based chat),

• digital resources such as guides, templates, checklists, calculators, and other educational materials, and

• any additional resources listed on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

 

Payments are processed securely through a third-party checkout provider (e.g., Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.

Free Trial, Activation Fee, and Auto-Renewal

If you purchase a trial offer, you authorize us (via our payment processor) to charge a one-time activation fee (e.g., CA$1 or local-currency equivalent) immediately. The trial length and pricing will be displayed at checkout.

 

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period and you will be charged the subscription fee shown at checkout at the start of each billing cycle. You can cancel at any time using the billing management link provided by our payment processor or by contacting Support@canadapermanentresidency.ca.

Pricing and currency

​

Our base prices are set in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Depending on your location and payment provider settings, you may see a local-currency equivalent at checkout. If you pay in a currency other than CAD, the amount shown in your local currency may vary over time due to exchange rates and payment provider fees.

Access delivery

​

After successful payment, you will receive instructions to access your membership (including the Telegram bot link and/or resource links). You are responsible for ensuring you can access third-party platforms (e.g., Telegram) required for delivery.

Refund Policy

 

Because access is granted immediately to digital resources and/or membership services, refunds are generally not provided except where required by law.

 

• Activation fees: The one-time trial activation fee is generally non-refundable (except where required by law).

• Subscription payments: Subscription charges are not refundable and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
